I'm a 29 year old chap living in the Isle of Wight, UK who works primarily with strong passion for the Internet as a Web Developer (that's someone who makes websites to the not so tech savvy) and possess the eye for UI Design. I have around 15 years experience in the web already and still I find it one of the most interesting topics around.
When I'm not hard at work, I'm looking after my 5 year old Son, Cameron, who came into this world on 2nd June, 2004.
My side project is making my own music, which in turn I hope to have available here to download for free and on a donation basis.
My side interests are playing a range of Video games, mainly on the Xbox 360, taking the occasional snap when I'm on my travels, watching the latest movies and keeping fit and healthy!
I'm also a Coffee drinker, Vegetarian, lover of Nature and Pagan.
Professional history
In 2000, I landed my first full time job, shortly after completing further full time education at a nearby college where I studied Business Admin. I was taken on as a Apprentice studying as a Web Developer for a firm called InTouch. I resided there for about 4/5 years
After being made redundant at InTouch, I worked for another local Web Agency, Wight 365 who specialize in Web Design, Development, Software Development and Graphic Design. My role again was a full time Web Developer.
My time there was cut short due to a slow down in projects and staff wages struggling to be met. On the plus side, in the 9/10 months I was there, I learnt a massive amount and so looked at the outcome as positive.
Unemployed but only for a short while but in that time, made myself productive by building up a (now former) website. After running it up for sometime, inclusive of a portfolio, it helped to land a Job at my current work place, OC Vision. Again as Web Developer.
OC Vision are a part of a small subset of groups which forms OC Group jointly owned by Mark Turner and Dame Ellen MacArthur. OC Group specialize in offshore sailing events world wide. Event's such as, The Artemis Transat, the Vende´e Globe and the Extreme Sailing Series Europe and Asia to name but a few.
Why this Website exists?
The primary purpose of building this site is to give visitors an insight to myself, my work, what I'm doing and where I'm heading.
I built this site, with the help of the ever so great authoring tool, Wordpress as it's backbone.
In it's early stages, I'll be rolling out major update revisions as time permits and idea's develop. It's an ever growing project and hopefully will expand inline with my skills.

Q: Did you create this Wordpress Theme, if so are you going to release it for others to buy?
A: Yes I designed and built this site. I very much doubt i will be releasing it.
Q: Will you be creating Wordpress Themes in the future?
A: Yes. WP Themes have been on the forefront of my mind for a while now. I'll be starting work on my first one very soon and releasing them on this site and maybe ThemeForest!
Q: Will you link to my site and allow advertising?
A: Yes If I like your site and it bares interest to me. If my site gains more popularity then yeah for sure I'll get some advertising put in somewhere.
Q: You say you work full time, are you able to do part-time freelancing as well what with your current commitments already?
A: Currently, Yes. I'm pretty honest with my time-scales and budgets and do my upmost best to fit outside work in where possible.
Q: What are your working rates?

Q: Can I copy and use any part of your site on mine?
A: Most definitely not. While I cant do alot about stopping you as such, it certainly won't be allowed from me. Sorry!

A: All that's on my mind is, I've been playing guitar a long time, so I'd now like to get my name out there and play local gigs. Maybe see where it goes?
